Bag Trends: Calm, Voluminous, New Trend Colours and Details
Fashion bags for next Autumn and Winter exude reserved calm in terms of their colour, shape and decoration. Voluminous shapes and large formats continue to set the tone. New trend colours, surface finishes and details make for interesting creations for this the most important of all accessories.
Voluminous short-handled bags, XXL bags and crossover/messenger bags in clear, sleek styling along with slim envelope-shaped clutches and sensual materials like soft leather, suede or velvet mark the ‘Shaped Neutratility’ trend. The colours to go with this are pale and neutral including all grey tones plus clear black.
'Dark Attitude' features soft east/west styles and frame handbags in black and near black darks. This trend is given an interesting twist thanks to materials like patent leather, fine nappa or mock croc.
Brown, natural colours, olive tones and warm, subtle metallics – like bronze especially – are predominant in 'Bronze Reflection'.
