"white cubes" attracts with prominent new exhibitors
With its "white cubes - contemporary design" area, GDS fair will seamlessly continue its extraordinary start in September 2006 and welcomes in March prominent new exhibitors such as Hugo Boss, Goffredo Fantini oder Robert Clergerie.
Hugo Boss is regarded as the paragon of the fashion business. The brand is dynamic, sporty and trendy and combines creativity and individuality. It offers self-assured buyers a collection which helps them find their own style. HUGO is unconventional and progressive - a fashion trend which is not defined on the basis of one's age but on the basis of one's attitude.
The Italian brothers Goffredo and Enrico Fantini are the protagonists of one of the most highly renowned Italian footwear brands. They have been active in the footwear business for more than 20 years now and are selling footwear world-wide. For the Fantini-brothers GDS, especially the "white cubes"-area, is a wonderful platform to service the European market.
One of the most famous French premium footwear designers is Robert Clergerie. In 1981 Robert Clergerie founded his footwear label under his own name. After he had successfully proven to be one of the top shoe designers in France for several years, he opened his first shop in New York's Upper East Side in 1987. His unmistakable and special creations still inspire and influence renowned designers.
